Sleep
Sometimes I feel like we forget the importance of doing normal human things. Exercise, eat clean or even just spend time in the sun. But I have notice the one thing that I and many other have been neglecting to improve is our sleep. Our bed time are full of blue light, stress inducing video and games, and inconsistent down times. What I want to achieve with this deep dive is to educate you and me on the pro and cons of getting good and consistent sleep.
